S70 Intake Removal Help..... S70 1999

I know they change things from year to year, but on my 1998, the fuel line comes up to the passenger side of the injector rail and the return line follows the incoming line ddown the firewall side of the engine and both METAL lines are attached to the block before going rearward.
Your description of this black hose, sounds like a vacuum hose that goes down from the intake manifold, behind the power steering pump and back around the engine. That black vacuum hose is attached to the manifold and will come off, but be careful with the elbow where it goes around the block. The elbow can become brittle with age and crack/break.

I wish it were warm up here so I can finish my car!
