What I use is:
-sawzall blade (long) to cut the zip tie holding the bot at the rack end
-pipe wrench to unthread the inner rod
-measuring tape (to measure the length from end of outer rod to rack end (to keep the toe OK)
-ball joint remover ( I use the front end loaner kit from Checker all the time), in case yuors dos not come off just after unthreading
-wrenches 18mm or 19mm, depending on the brand of the outer rod i have found different sizes
-3/4" wrench for the nut between inner and outer
-torque wrench...
I am to the point where I change each side on 1/2 hour or less...
it's a fun job.
