throttle position--reason it won't start? 850

I posted a while ago about a huge head job I had to do on my car and still can't figure out why it won't start. BUT, not the OBD is showing a code. P0120, which, before you look it up is throttle position sensor/pedal position sensor a circuit malfunction. The wire connected to it I'm 99.9% sure is the correct one. Any suggestions?
