Just finished. This was not fun :(
I ordered the "kit" from FCP for my 1998 R. The Volvo OEM parts were good. Go to the dealer and get a new intake manifold gasket for $20. What FCP sent me was a piece of junk.
I am going to post the saga in this thread.
