The only thing holding the wheel to the rotor is corrosion. One swift kick at the bottom or top of the wheel should be enough to break it loose. If that doesn't work, spray a little PB Blaster between the wheel and rotor, and then wait 30 minutes.
Once the wheel is off, use a wire brush to clean the rotors and wheels. Then spread a very light coating of brake grease on the rotor where it comes in contact with the wheel.
Remember, 82 ponds of torque on the lug nuts.
BTW, you should rotate the tires every time you change the oil.
