Is the motor not working? That may be a fuse problem. If it is stuck in the "up" position, that will allow you to remove the plastic that covers the torx anchors and let you remove the SR. But, I guess either a fuse or the motor died and that leaves you with removing the plastic under the SR motor and turning the motor by hand.
