Hello!

The gear selector module sounds like the module that the gearshifter is connected to!

Probably (maybe im very far out now but) it has the same problem as the 960 and everyother RWD automatic volvos there is, that the module gets oxide on the connections inside of it. What happens if you move the shifter from P<->D about 40 times or so?
