I once got five rivets at a the local pretentious snobby stealership. The parts guy just grabbed them out of an open bag from under his desk. Don't remember what he charged me but it was less than $10. Re-attaching the mudflap with these rivets was a cinch and everything has held up for about 3 years now. My previous attempts to reattach it with little nuts and bolts and washers (which some people have done) had failed.
