Who can adjust AC compressor clutch gap?

Hi,

I am convinced that my AC shut-off problem is due to an excessive clutch air gap (1998 S70, 125,000mi). At idle, if I tap the clutch with a wrench, it locks up and starts spinning.

So my question is, where can I go to have the air gap adjusted by having some shims removed? Is this something any competent shop can do, or do I need it to take it to a specialized place?
