Call the service manager at the dealership. The service jockys writing the order don't know diddly.
It is quite common for the oil pick up O rings to fail. Any good Volvo tech will know how to do this 2.5 hour job.
If you want to do this yourself, call FCP Groton and ask for the ring kit and a tube of sealant, all OEM. They will be happy to send you some for a small fee. Just remember, it will take you about 3 hours with your car on ramps or jack stands, but you will clean any sludge fond on the bottom of the pan.
