Brake Problems S40-V40 2001

After changing the master cylinder, new brake pads,front and rear. It Bled, the whole system still haves a low pedal and sometimes brakes tend to fade. The anti-lock system shows no code problems; light ABS OK.

Can anyone help?? Please-
