dirty intake valves 850 1994

Oil usage is about a quart per thousand miles. About 5,000 miles ago, I had all engine seals replaced, as all of them were leaking, including the rear seal.

After that, oil usage has become worse than before, maybe three times worse.

Even after the PCV replacement, there is some smoke coming out of the dipstick pipe, if I remove the dipstick. However if I plug it with my finger I do not notice pressure. Same for the oil filler cap. This car is used for short errands most of the time. It is never driven hard. Even on highway, never above 70 miles/hour. However it often gets caught in traffic jams with lots of time in idle.
Basically what I am trying to figure out is if it would be a good idea to have a valve job done so that I can at least partially solve the oil problem.
The engine runs smoothly, no noises of a tipically worn out engine.

Thanks for the inputs.
