Hub Seal Replacement V70-XC70 2004

I have an '04 V70 with 37,000 and have had the hub seals replaced twice per service bulletin (TNN77-08). Problem is a clicking noise when shifting from p to r, or from r to d, and when the car shifts from 1 to 2. The last replacement less than 1,000 miles ago and the problem is back. Suggestions?
