Don't waste your money on a 4 wheel alignment then, just get the front done. The reason the car still pulls is that you have uneven tire wear..moving it to the back reduces the pull but the uneven tire is now in the rear so until you get new tires, the pull will remain. As the tire wears further, you will get increased shaking over the next few thousand miles.
It's interesting. I had terrible shaking. I had new brakes installed, new struts and strut mounts, a new front axle, new cv boots and tie rods, and 4 new tires put on, and a full balanace and alignment job in the last 3 months. The car drives much better, almost no shaking but that damn slight pull to the right has not gone totally away! It's slight, but I notice it. Still, it feels almost like a new car. I often wonder about the goober who installed the new axle.
