How to? Replace TB idlers 850

Ended up having a shop replace the TB and water pump. I provided all the parts that I wanted replaced. But they did not change the idlers. They told me they needed a special tool to remove the idlers. I want the idlers replaced. Are there any special tools needed? I checked BAY 13's info but did not find any info on replacing the 2 idlers.
