Check the instructions on Volvospeed. Special tools are few if you call them special. A 36mm socket to break loose the axel nut at the hub and a good breaker bar or a good pneumatic wrench to break the nut loose. I have bought a number of axels at fcpgroton at what I consider a reasonable price. No core charge either.
