Blown heater core 850 1994

You will have to remove the front seats and the center console. The carpet and pad under the carpet need to be removed from the car, washed with soapy water, rinsed and hung to dry. The foam pad is harder to deal with, perhaps soaking it with water and squeezing it out multiple times. The floor pan also could be scrubbed and cleaned.
If you don't mind driving for a couple of days with out carpet, then go ahead. You might want to put the mat under the drivers side to save wear on your shoes.
Let the carpet dry in the shade so it does not shrink.
