A2 socket 850

Hi,

Bought from the junkyard a used charcoal canister to replace my broken one(casing broken into 1/2) after installation; i started the car the idling went down and rough. In the process i also put some seafoam additive in the tank w/c i always did before and never had a problem.
Got codes from my A2 socket, 121,223 and 311. what is meant by manifold absolute pressure is missing w/c is code 121, code 223 is idle air control valve fault and 311 is speedometer signal missing.

Never had these codes w/the old canister and prior to changing. I don't see anything wrong w/the surface of the charcoal canister from the yard although not familiar how it works or internal stuff function.

I rechecked the vaccum lines that i took out from the old canister. Is there a way to check if the used canister from the yard is also bad? My canister is round aand has 3 holes on the top and 1 in the bottom. I have no idea where the bottow tube goes to? Do i need to cover it or put a cap because i don't see any line and my old one since it's broke into 1/2 is of no help.

Thanks for the advice.
