Leaking radiator, again... 850 1994

Nobody would believe if I told them that after the blown heater core, last Thursday, today the same happened to the front radiator. It didn't blow like the heater core but developed a leak that I'm sure it wasn't there. I'm on my way to change the radiator, again. Last time I did it, was 4 or 5 years ago.
Now, the engine is running very well, never saw the temp. gauge pass up from 3 o'clock.
Could I have a blown head gasket?
What can be triggering this suddem increase in pressure of the cooling system?
Can this be a coincidence?
I'm puzzled and don't Know how to explain it to my wife...
