Bad receiver/drier ?? 850 1993

My mechanic did test the system earlier with dye. No evidence of a leak. So we are assuming it is the drier.

Yeah, as you mentioned, I will probably replace the drier (accumulator) myself and leave the rest to my mechanic.

I usually do the smaller jobs myself and give the larger ones to him. BTW - This is the first time I will have worked on an A/C system so it is all new to me. No rush, this one can wait till Spring! :)
