How to replace control arm? XC90

I've got a 2003 Xc90 with a torn rubber bushing in my front right. Is it hard to replace the bushing (its th rearward bushing closest to the car body (away from the tire), or must the whole CA be replaced. Anything to know about it? Will it require and alignment too?
