I was thinking when I read the original message that these difficult bulbs are left, I was thinking these might be easier than the the ones in the cluster. Don't you have to do the dash pad/cluster removal to get to the ones in the panel?

Of course the headlight/climate panel bulbs are straightforward when you know how to get to them (:
