bulb failure-dipped beam? S80 2002

MY CAR HAS THE SAME PROBLEM BUT MINE WAS CAUSED BY THE AFTERMARKET HID KIT I INSTALLED I CAN ONLY USE HIGH BEAM LIGHTS TO DRIVE AT NIGHT IF ANYONE HAS A SOLUTION FOR THIS PROBLEM PLEASE HELP
