crud on dipstick 850 1995

I have a 96 855 with 300K and get this same thing every spring and fall. In TN, where I live, we have big temp swings during those seasons. My car is driven 25 minutes to and from work, but still has this crud on the dip stick. The first year I had the car and saw this, I thought I had major engine problems. No problems, it just comes twice a year with the spring and fall.
