If you haven't already, top off the oil to the proper level. Then charge the battery with a trickle charger if you have one, because the next thing you are going to do is run the starter for a long time.
To help matters, I would take out the plugs and clean them of gasoline.
After the battery is fully charged, put the gas pedal to the floor (this stops the injection of gasoline), make sure all electrics are turned off, and start cranking the engine. It may take a full minute, and when you get sputtering let your foot off the gas pedal and keep cranking until the engine takes over. Let the engine run for a couple of minutes to clean out the combustion chambers.
Then figure out why the car is losing oil. Clean out the flame trap, etc.
