Common problem. The gear can be purchased online, just about everywhere. If you go to Bay13, there are tutorials and pics for removing the instrument panel. Before you remove the speedo, check the actual milage. A-7 on your DTC box: push button 5 times, when light comes on push once, when light comes on push once, when light comes on push 2 times - then count the blinks for the left 3 digits of the odo (thousands), 10 blinks = 0.
Do it again, 5X,1,1,1 for the right 3 digits (hundreds).
