I agree that regular 15-30 minute trips at an average of 22.5 minutes, with the lights on, is barely sufficient to charge the battery. Thus, turning the driving lights off would be a good suggestion.

When you drive with a weak battery, this becomes apparent. After 20 minutes of driving with the lights on versus lights off, there is an obvious difference in how much charge the battery takes. I'm not advocating driving with a weak battery, mind you
