There is only one way to make horsepower. That is with gasoline or whatever fuel the unit consumes. The delivery system is already controlled by a chip that sits on top of your shoulders and activates the device at the end of your leg called foot. It is resting on the accelerator. Push and grin!
Save the five pounds to buy more fuel.
