If there are I have never seen them, of course I do not bother looking for them either. I will either boot the existing or sling a new axle, depending upon the situation. As Klaus said though, the price of new (not reman) axles is so darn dirt cheap anymore it makes too much sense just to hang a new axle and be done with it.
