I recently did my radiator 3 weeks ago. It took me 7 hours, but I took my time. I could have completed it in 5 hours, but one of the two bolts that actually secures the radiator to the car frame busted. I had to dremel it out and run to the hardware store. Yes the radiator will drop out the bottom. Pulling it from the top I don't think is possible. I had standard wheel ramps that I put my vehicle on. Basicly no higher than what a standard car jack would lift your car. I agree, this isn't a fun job, especially if you don't wear gloves cause the fins are sharp. If you read the forums you'll get good ideas. Just take your time, I did. Here's a big note... I've seen other people with this problem. It's in regards to the two bolts that hold the radiator to the frame. These bolts have nuts that are welded to the frame on top. The bolts come in from the bottom and subsiquently get dirty and when removing them can jam with debry the more you unscrew them. I recommend PB Blaster and a brush (toothbrush) and clean up the bolt first. If you have any questions you can email me spseminara at yahoo
I have a Turbo so it was a little more difficult.
