Wheel size question. V70-XC70

I am not shure, the boltpattern is the same but V70 has offset 43 and S60 has 49.
I have S80 steelrims on my 98 for my wintertires and S80 has the same offset as S60, usually a car with smaler offset can always use a rim from a car with larger offset (if the boltpattern and hub diameter is the same).
Maybe you will have to use spacers but i won`t think so since it`s only 6mm where talking about here.
If you don`t use spacers you will change the tracktion width on the car and if that is legal or not you have to find out with your countrys police department.
Here in sweden it is not legal to make a change like this.
But then again you can always buy spacers.
