Not that many miles, but there are probably a few pot holes in your neck of the woods.
If you already replaced the sway bar end links, then I would suspect the spring seat failing on the upper strut mount. Check this by trying to tighten the large nut on top of the strut tower in the engine bay. I use an adjustable wrench. If it turns easily, that is the problem. If it doesn't turn, then something else may be broken.
In that case, jack up the front end, remove the tire and check the top of the strut under the fender and see if anything else is loose.
