How much does it cost to replace the radiatior? 850

That's about right for a shade tree time. Radiator = $200, hoses = $20, + a few clamps and new antifreeze. A good time to put in a new thermostat and ECT sensor.

Have you shopped around? A dealer is mega bucks. Try someone that likes Volvos. If you DIY, make sure you know what to do with the old liquids.

Around here, shops charge from $95 - 125/hour.
