general gas mileage question

If you cruise on an Interstate all day long, 87 might work, but 89 is good for about 28mpg. I found that 91 works best around town where I am always on the throttle, but has no gain at cruising speed.
The knock sensors are so good, you will never hear the engine ping. You will also never get full boost.
