'99 V70 AWD O2 Sensor replacement - Can I do it myself? V70-XC70 1999

I brought the car in (not to the Volvo dealer) because of the Check Engine light and he said it was the O2 sensor. Two days later the car wasn't ready because he said he couldn't get one. ?? Maybe he was just too busy to try. I took the car back. I found a site called "Rockauto.com" in Science News and they have a Bosch Part #15733 "universal type" for $57.79 that is supposed to fit a '99 V70. They also have one "OE Type" for $144.79 (Part #16197 Bosch).
Should I order one and how hard is it to replace? I think I saw a mechanic do it years ago on my 240 wagon and it took less than 15 minutes....
Thanks for any advice!
