Yes, but I have respect for the engineer who designed my vice grips.

It looks like you have to remove the upper steering column to replace the $15.00US plastic lever.

Unbelievable!

Which takes me to the other truism about Volvos.

Do you know why a well maintained 10+ year old Volvo looks like a new car?

Answer: Because it is.
