Tar stuck to the tire? How to get off?

Our minds think alike. I was busy doing my other job, when I remebered the dry ice, and returned to the web sight to make that suggestion! The platicizers in the tire will keep it some what flexible, but I'm sure the tar will get brittle and break off. Good Luck, let us know how it goes.
