Looking for DIY on replacing Control Arms on a '98 V70 V70-XC70 1998

Hi All,

My V70's ball joints have worn to the point I need to replace them. Unfortunately it looks like Volvo has built the ball joints into the control arms, ugh...

I've been poking around the forum but can't seem to find anything on replacing the control arms for my year/model.

Can anybody provide a link to a URL with a DIY or can you reply with one?
