KSG said it very well. 270K miles and your valve seats are worn. Not bad at all!
You do realize the NA engine should have compression values around 185-210. At this age, 175 is very good, but at about 300K miles you should start looking for another very nice car or a rebuilt head. Considering the quality, I would opt for head work :)
