if you have not done it yet... have the tires thoroughly checked.
i has a set that had a problem with the internal steel belt. i had the local tire garage telling me that the frame was bent while another dope in that garage performed an alignment even though they said it was within factory tolerances, (roll eyes) finally when i was at the frame shop... the frame tech puts it on the 'rack' and shows me the measurements and tells me that its arrow straight. "didja check the tires?" he asks. he rotated the left to the right and we drove it, the problem switched sides. my car was driving like the rear bumper wanted to be in front and moderately pulling to one side. it was only and bad tire. the frame mechanic called my tire shop and set them straight and the guys at the 'tire garage' didn't say a word and i got all new tires.
good luck!
