Checksix said to check the tensioner. Double that check. The tensioner should have been replaced at the Tbelt change. If you still have the receipt for the Tbelt change, see if it is on there.
Something is making the belt slip. This 4cyl is not that hard to work on and you should be able to just reach down and push the belt and verify that the tensioner snaps right back up.

Sounds like an Indy to avoid???
