I did not have vasoline...

I used wheel bearing grease, and thought that would seal the same way...

It did not help. The code still comes and goes...

It only seems to come up if I am idling a lot, like if I get caught in traffic. If I drive quickly, and do not stay still too much, I do not get the code at all.

Each road should be a bit better for having had you pass.
