AWD Rear Diff Fluid Change? V70-XC70 1998

I have over 300K on my '98 XC. I've towed camp trailers thousands of miles with a fully loaded car. I've never changed fluid in the rear differential, viscous coupling, bevel gear or AT and have owned it for 7 years & 200+K. No problems.
