Thanks Klass,
We did replace the oil seperator box in May, then in Oct, it began to leak oil again. So, as you suggested, I took it to the Volvo dealer. They replaced mentioned the box as well, so I told them the history. So they went looking for the 'root cause'.. They found the fresh air heater element pluggeg and rear cam seals leaking. The main part was the fresh air hose at $111 plus 3.2 hours labor. Looks good today. Hope it lasts.
