brake light fever! 850

Do you have a trouble light (or volt meter) to check if there is power to the socket? I'd check that first, and then if no power start looking for a blown fuse. I'd also look for corrosion in the bulb socket itself if there is power. If there is power and no corrosion, you might just hot wire the bulb and make sure it is good, but with a 2nd bulb still not working, I doubt this is the issue.
