Blown Head Gasket 850

The only real way to determine if the head gasket is blown is to have the engine pressure tested.

Your compression numbers should be 185 to 213psi for a non-turbo and 156 to 185 psi for the turbo engines. Your numbers are really bad if you did the test right.

Did the new temp sending unit correct the position of the temp unit?
