vacuum lines? S70

Use some penetrating oil on the Torx screws that hold the plastic cover on. Let it soak for a long time, and then addd some more. Use a good quality Torx driver so you don't strip any of the screws.

If you have been driving through that much water, it is possible that you got water in the spark plug holes and that is causing the misfire. If so, you will need to wick the water out of each hole, before taking out a spark plug. Don't let an inch of water pour into the cylinder!

The throttle body is on the driver's side of the intake manifold where the air hose connects.
