Flashing Service Light on '95 850 850

Something is fubar'd. The service light is not supposed to flash, ever. You could remove the instrument cluster and take out the bulb?

The check engine light is a different story, when it flashes, stop the car and turn off the engine.

Do you have any codes? Excluding B-2.
