Thanks for the response. I am currently using orange coolant, so I know it's not that. I initially thought it was actually windshield washer fluid, as I am using washer fluid of a similar colour, but I think the colour is only similar, and the location had me confused...

I'm going to try to get under the car this weekend and see what I can see. I guess that's the best I can do for now.
