S70 Idle problems S70

You are running super rich. If you pull a spark plug, you should find it nice and black.
I would question if the fuel pressure regulator is working. It is vacuum controlled, with the vacuum line going to the intake manifold. If you unplug the line, make sure there is no gasoline present.
Insufficent vacuum at idle will also make things worse. Is there any unmetered air getting through a cracked vacuum line?
If this is a turbo, check the vacuum line that goes into the air intake just before the turbo. There is a nipple that can get clogged, try to clean it out - it is a pain to reach.
Are the spark plugs gapped at .028? What kind of spark plugs are you using?
